Production delivery time
It depends on order quantities. In general the delivery time will be 30 days after receiving deposit and confirm drawings.
Steel structure installation step:
1. Anchor bolt foundation
2. Fixing of columns and beams
3. Fixing of purlins
4. Fixing of crane in shed
5. Insulated sheeting
6. Erection of rafter
7. Fixing of roof bracing
8. Fixing of roof sheeting
9. Completed building
Payment terms:
1. L/C at sight;
2. T/T: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance by T/T before shipment
3. Trade term: EXW, FOB or CIF.
Packaging Details:
Bundle , Nude packing with Iron frame chassis.
Container : Always use 20GP/40GP/40HQ containers, for special shape steel material, open top container (20FR/40FR container) will be used.
20'GP 5.9(L) x 2.34(W) x 2.38(H)m, 17.5tons (No more than 22Ton)
40' GP 12.256(L) x 2.34(W) x 2.38(H)m, 22tons (No more than 27Ton)
40'HQ 12,267(L) x 2.34(W) x 2.69(H)m, 26tons (No more than 28Ton)
Remarks: We will design the steel beams size as suitable as possible for GP and HQ containers to save sea freight cost.
